Welcome to the NHS Supply Chain Innovation Scorecard. Innovators are encouraged to contact NHS Supply Chain regarding new innovations that are ready-for-market. The Innovation Scorecard has been designed to be a central portal to record, analyse and assess new innovative medical technology.
The tool asks important questions, which often require further research to answer, so you may need to make several drafts before you submit your final Scorecard for assessment.
On completion you have two options:
- Self assessment for an automatically generated score.
- Submit to NHS Supply Chain Scorecard to have your innovation assessed.

*We aim to give you our initial assessment within 30 working days. Timescales will extend If we need more information from you. If we are unable to take up your idea, where applicable we will direct you towards alternative sources of help.
